You would be surpirsed at how many people are open with their lives at a cellular store. Let me share the 2 best this week.

A woman came in a few weeks ago and was very worried that she was going to get caught there. She was very concerned about the size of the phone, and making sure it could be set to vibrate, and wanted to make sure the bills could go to another location. The story was, she is married but has a boyfriend that she wanted to make sure she could stay in contact with. She comes in quickly after work, and signs her contract and runs out the door.
Today, she comes back to pay her bill. We start talking and she wants to start another account for her daughter. So, she sets up another account to hide from her husband and demanded that I have a bunch of security things on the account. Plus she told me where she works, and her boyfriend and her husband. I could so easily bust her, yet she feels like she needs to tell me every detail of her personal life.

Story 2. Also a few weeks ago an engaged couple came in and got a 2 year plan. After 14 days you are locked into your contact. Day 15 he comes in and wants to put his phone in his name only. I explain it's too late for that. The next day, the girl calls and wants to shut his phone off. Apparently, he believed some 'lies' that she had been messing around. The next day, he comes in to have a new phone set up. While we are setting everything up, he tells me that she messed up and was being stupid, but if I was willing to call her, he'd make sure she got her money for her phone. So, I call her, give her his new number, and they hook back up. So, Jamie saves the day.

It just amazes me how many people are open with their lives.
