I love it Jamie. It's got great spaces and with a little updating it is going to be fabulous! It is very open and light, and you'll really appreciate that especially in the winter. Oh, I can't wait for the backyard parties! :)

These pictures really don't look like much, but I've got PLANS peeps..PLANS!
I guess maybe that I will have a party or two in the backyard and I will maybe serve coffee..
The crazy cat is going to want to rule the house. I'm going to have to get a dog to show her whose boss.

Hey everyone, Chris took a look at the house and said it is a really good buy. THere are a couple things Jamie will have to do on the maintenance side, but he specifically said it was "a nice house," and I think the word "cute" may have been thrown in there, too, which from him says a lot!!!!

I was very thankful that he took the time to go over everything so well! i didn't think that it would be perfect, but it sure helps to know what the things are that I have to do right away!
I really love having a brother in law! Thanks a ton Chris..the first dinner will be in your honor!
