Yeah, no wonder people are always wondering where the baby seagulls are! They are camouflaged so well, I almost didn't see them in your pic!

I wish I could take credit for this pic, but I found it online. We had been talking about baby seagulls, so I did a search on them.
Ya know, if you think about it, you really don't see baby birds either. So not seeing baby seagulls shouldn't be that much of a surprise.

Baby birds are in the nest, duh. So where are the seagull nests? You see thousands of gulls but never a nest. And that might look like a baby to you but it doesn't to me, for one thing, there is no scale. Sorry, height lacker, not convinced.

Mom..the babies are next to the big bird. They look like mushrooms with legs.
They nest in the trees in the dunes. You don't see them for two reasons..
One, you burn down the dunes, and the seagulls hide everytime you come near them...
and two, you don't climb trees.
SO NA! :)

Excuse me short-legged double-breasted bed thrasher....but I didn't burn down the trees. Just the grass, okay? And yes, I only glanced at the picture and I did think those little spotted things were mushrooms...my mistake. You have proven there are baby gulls. But you are still short.
