Fritz, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! I'm very glad that you are in our lives. I can't imagine what things would be like if you weren't around. Well, we wouldn't have to listen to bad jokes, and puns.

THANKS!!! S&S & GRANDLAR. I CAN'T IMAGINE LIFE WITHOUT THIS WONDERFUL FAMILY. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A COUPLE OF DECADES, I WENT TO WORK ON MY BIRTHDAY (BECAUSE I'M SAVING MY VACATION TIME FOR WHEN OUT-OF-TOWNERS VISIT) & I NOW REGULARLY HAVE FRI-SAT-SUN OFF, MY NEW 4-10 SHIFT). I GOT TO LISTEN TO MY NEW STEREO (A PRESENT FROM S&S AND CHILL DADDY) AND INSTALLED BY YOOBEE & CHRIS. THE NEW SPEAKERS SOUND INCREDIBLE!
VI IS PLANNING A BIRTHDAY DINNER THIS TUESDAY WHEN MY AUNT & UNCLE FROM CALIFORNIA WILL BE HERE.
WE'RE ALSO ANXOIUSLY AWAITING THE ARRIVAL OF KINFOLK FROM DOWN SOUTH - ONE OF WHOM HAS A BIRTHDAY ON TUESDAY (AUGUST BIRTHDAYS ARE BEST, RIGHT GRANDLAR?!?!)

OH, BTW: ABOUT THOSE PUNS & JOKES - YES YOU WOULD WHEN UNCLE BRIAN VISITS. HERE'S A GOOD ONE FROM NORM STEVENSON (WWW.PUNPUNPUN.COM): A fellow recently demanded a large ransom to release a bus load of tourists from Prague that he had hijacked and hidden in a cave.
